From the past about 1964, the deaf people use the TTY for communication with their family , friends, and work to keep contact whenever they need. It’s not fair that hearing people can have everything that they have conversation with anyone by through the telephone.
Today everyone use Iphone, blackberry , laptop and any device that they can contact with anyone like family , friends, and work.
